Summary: I was woken up at 4:00 am by the front desk banging at the door requesting entry. My husband responded that we were not going to open the door. I called to the front desk and was accused of being rude pertaining to my husband's response. Someone had complained about the volume of the TV which the front desk could have called to the room in response. Night clerk was very nasty and we left early morning before our reservation was fulfilled. We did not stay 24 hours and was booked for 2 nights and 3 days.
